Construction Site Burglary Arrest

Paul Cernik of Watertown, CT was arrested after an officer observed him driving out of a construction site after hours.  The investigating officer saw construction materials in Mr. Cernik's car, which were ultimately identified as having been stolen after Mr. Cernik forced entry into the building under construction.  (Arrest Log / Charges)
