PROCEDURE FOR USE OF FACILITIES (INDOOR AND OUTDOOR)

PRIORITY OF USERS

The Town of Bloomfield Leisure Services Department will provide reservations and permits for exclusive use of indoor and outdoor recreation facilities on a first come/first serve basis with priority given to:

1. Town and School Uses
2. Approved Organization Recreation Uses
3. Approved Business/Industry, Non-Profit/Institutional Recreation Uses
4. Meetings of Non Profit Local Groups

PROCEDURE FOR PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE GRANTING APPROVED ORGANIZATION, LOCAL BUSINESS/INDUSTRY AND NON-PROFIT INSTITUTION PROCEDURES

APPLICATIONS FOR APPROVED ORGANIZATION STATUS OR APPROVED BUSINESS STATUS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO:

DEADLINE AND REVIEW SCHEDULE: The Parks and Recreation Committee generally meets on the first Monday of the month and therefore the request for approved status including informational material must be received at the Leisure Services Office on the Wednesday prior to the meeting for inclusion on the Parks and Recreation Committee Agenda.
