Town of Bloomfield Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission Regulations

The Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission is responsible for the preservation and protection of the wetlands and watercourses in the Town of Bloomfield.

The Commission’s duties include enforcing the provisions of the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act, and issuing or denying permits for all regulated activities on inland wetlands and watercourses in Bloomfield.
