Town of Bloomfield Town Clerk's Office

The Town Clerk’s Office records, indexes, microfilms, and stores official Town records; records and maintains Land Records and the towns vital statistics; issues certificates, licenses, and permits; and receives all claims against the Town. The Town Clerk handles many other duties as dictated by Federal Law, State Statute, Town Charter, and local ordinances.
