The Facilities Operations Department is responsible for management, maintenance, and operations of all town Buildings and Public Facilities.
(School buildings are maintained by the Board of Education. All School properties and athletic fields are maintained by the Town of Bloomfield Public Works Department )
Facilities Operations is responsible for:
- Custodial services
- Renovations
- Development and implementation of capital improvement projects
- Monitoring and maintaining environmental, energy and life savings systems
