Civil Unions

Connecticut residents may apply for a Civil Union license in the town where the ceremony will occur, or in the town of residence of either party. Both parties must apply for the license in person.

When you apply, make sure to bring photo identification and a fee of $30.00 in cash, check, or money order.You don't need to make an appointment, but please come in before 4:30 p.m. to apply for your license.
