CIVIL UNIONS
As of October 1, 2010, all Civil Union's will be acknowledged the same as Marriages.
Therefore, we can no longer issue certified copies of civil union certificates as such. You may request a certified copy of your Civil Union certificate with a conversion statement (stating this certficate is recognized the same as a marriage license) or you can complete the "Request to Convert Civil Union/Marriage Certificate" and receive your certified copy in the actual form of a marriage license. The fee for a certfied copy is $20.00
